Love Is In The Air

We are mid-way through February and most of us have forgotten about the New Year's resolutions we've made. Whether it was getting more exercise, getting our finances in order or just living life to the fullest, you may have even temporarily slipped back into old habits. The good news is you can jump right back in head first. Take some time to really evaluate what you can physically do and what you really want to do. If you hate cleaning the house, maybe you can budget by getting maid service once or twice a month. Sometimes there's not enough time in the day after working a 10 hour day, running the kids to practice and still finding time to make a home cooked meal for your family. Ask yourself questions; Is this something that I can pay someone else to do that would free my time to do the things I love and to spend quality time with my family? Take just a little time today to self-evaluate, set personal goals and implement some changes that will help you be healthier, happier, breathe a little easier and most of all...feel the "love in the air". #loveintheair
