Organizing Your Desk

Here are some quick tips to help organize your desk. The essentials come first: Computer/laptop and phone. Then tackle the things you use about 50% or more throughout the day. Whether it's company polices/procedures, relevant periodicals, vendor lists, client lists and "current" files, these should be close at hand. Office supplies, such as, notepads, post-its, pens, paper clips, staplers, etc. should be readily accessible tucked in a drawer or on the desk (if you have the space). Finally add a personal touch, like a family photo, plant, lamp or something that inspires you!
